Each year the NEPC focuses on providing quality education to our payroll colleagues and friends, bringing the best that payroll education has to offer.

Registration Information
Early bird registration for the conference opens on January 1st! Register by April 30, 2026 and receive a $50 discount on regular registration pricing! Session details will be made available as we book our speakers. NOTE: For an idea of the sessions types we offer, please see our 2025 Brochure.
Registration fees for the 2026 New England Payroll Conference:
- Early Bird Registration (through April 30) $425.00
- Regular Registration (May 1 - September 14) $475.00

Late Registration (September 15 - October 10) $525.00
Some helpful tips to help our attendees have a smooth on line registration experience:

If you are registering more than one person, please register and pay for each person separately as we need the individual details by person

You will be required to fill in your name, email address and answer a few required questions for registration

If you're looking for RCH credits for the conference, please be sure to include your PayrollOrg ID when registering

When all this is completed you will be directed to a payment page where you can pay by credit card, OR you can bypass payment if you wish to pay by check:

The bypass button will trigger a pop up where you will see instructions for making the check payable to the conference and where to send it

If paying by check, we must receive your payment no later than April 30, 2025 (for early bird pricing) or September 1, 2025 for regular registration pricing

If paying with a credit card, you will need to enter the billing address of the credit card in order to complete the transaction

Know Before You Go!
Registration Desk
Registration will begin at 3:00 pm on Wednesday and the booth will be staffed to answer any questions throughout the conference. Please pick up your badge and conference materials there. BADGES must be worn for admittance to all conference functions.
Attendee/Guest Policy
While we encourage you to bring your spouse or family, please remember that all conference sessions, breaks and meals are limited to attendees only.
Cocktail Social
Our Exhibitors will only be with us for one day on Thursday. Plan on attending the Thursday evening Exhibitor Social which will feature light hors d'oeuvres, a cash bar, and will give you time to network with the Exhibitors and other payroll professionals - and win some prizes!
Conference Dress Code
Our dress code is business casual attire. Please remember to dress in layers as some rooms may be colder/warmer than others. We do not have the ability to control the temperature in the conference rooms.
Raffles / Giveaways

Each year we hold a raffle to raise money for a local charity. Personal donations or items from your employer for the raffle are greatly appreciated. Past donations have included logo items such as shirts, caps, and mugs, gift baskets, gift certificates and much more! These items will be raffled off "bucket style", meaning, each item will have a bucket and you can purchase raffle tickets and decide which items bucket you want to drop your ticket into! It's a fun way to take a chance on the prize you'd like to win!

PayrollOrg will also be providing certificates for discounts and training opportunities!

During Friday's closing session, a drawing will be held for a free registration to next year's conference. You may be that lucky winner!

Many of our vendors also bring along great giveaways!

Information on RCHs
This conference is approved by the PayrollOrg for RCH credits. We will be submitting an attendee listing to PayrollOrg for RCH credits. However, you must add the conference to your Recertification Log manually using the code that will be provided once the conference is completed. Please be sure you provided your PayrollOrg Membership ID when you register so we can include that in the attendee listing we send to PayrollOrg. If you did not provide your PayrollOrg ID, please email it to [email protected]
Information on CEUs
The NEPC does not award CEUs, however, you may submit the required information to your certification holder.
You need to make a copy of your registration form and the schedule (given to you at the conference) for your records to submit. If you require a Certificate of Attendance, please e-mail: [email protected]
Cancellation Policy
There is a cancellation fee of $75 if you make your cancellation prior to September 1st. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after that date.
You may, however, transfer your registration to another member of your company up to September 15th.
