Our vendor partners play a very important role in this conference. Not only do they provide financial support to the conference, but they educate our members on recent trends and solutions in an ever-changing environment. The Exhibit Hall will be a focal point for the conference, offering you many opportunities to engage with payroll professionals from Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont and possibly more. This is an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your products or services to approximately 150 plus potential customers in the New England Area.
Our Exhibit Hall is open all day on Thursday of the conference to allow attendees to network at their convenience. However, we will have specific vendor hours throughout the day with the Exhibitor Social at the end of the day. The Exhibit Hall closes with door prizes from the vendors (optional). Every exhibiting registration comes with 2 lunch tickets. This is a great time for the exhibitors to spend quality time with our attendees. The Exhibitor Social is an excellent time to get to know our attendees. Admission to the evening social is included in all exhibiting sponsorship levels.

Each year, we select a fun, payroll related theme for the New England Payroll Conference! This year, our theme is: Payroll Shore Leave: Navigate, Upskill, RefreshWe encourage our Exhibitors to participate in the theme in any way they would like! We will be decorating the vendor hall with theme related items and may have some themed giveaways! Get creative! |
To reserve your spot for this year's conference, please register early! Exhibitor Registration deadline is September 15th. Please note: due to printing deadlines, registrations after that date may not be included in some printed materials.

Cancellation Policy
There is a $75 fee for cancellations made within 7 days of registration.
Cancellations made after 7 days are non-refundable.
